Dear Depon,

Yes, someone in Bangladesh can make the payment on your behalf using their bKash account, even if the bKash mobile number is not registered with Dupno Tracker.

For the payment reference, please use your vehicle registration number, Dupno Tracker Customer ID, or User ID associated with your account. Please do not use the payer’s bKash mobile number as the reference.

After completing the payment, please share the bKash transaction ID with us so we can verify the payment and update your account accordingly.

If you send us your Dupno Tracker Customer ID, we can also confirm the exact reference information you should use before making the payment.

If you are currently outside Bangladesh, you can make your monthly DUPNO Tracker payment directly online using an international debit or credit card. You do not need to use bKash.

Payment Process:

  1. Click on the DUPNO online payment link below.

  2. Enter the required Vehicle Number / Customer ID / Tracker ID (IMEI).

  3. Check the payment details and amount carefully.

  4. Select the card payment option and complete the payment using your international debit or credit card.

  5. After successful payment, please keep the payment confirmation/transaction details for your records.

Alternatively, if you have someone in Dhaka who can pay on your behalf, they can also make the payment for your vehicle/account.

Hi there, I live in outside of the country. Earlier I usually paid the monthly bill through BKASH, which is not available here in outside of country. Pls suggest how I can pay the monthly bills from here. Or I can suggest someone from Dhaka to pay on behalf of me. How it will work or track that this bill is for my car.
